A Modern You – Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from A Modern You. We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period from the date you receive or purchase your item.

Change of Mind & Sizing

If you change your mind or select the wrong size, you may return your item within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for change of mind.

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Online Returns

Please contact us at amodernyou@outlook.com before returning an online purchase. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Please do not send a return until you have contacted us and received return instructions.

Market Purchases

Items purchased from A Modern You at a market may also be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit under our change-of-mind policy. Please provide proof of purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind policy. Where an item fails to meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
